Preventing or punishing others for showing their emotions is emotional oppression and a form of censorship. No one should be prevented from or punished for showing their emotions, no matter the reason, incl. crying, expressing anger and swearing, as long as it is done in a healthy way and doesn't result in abuse of power, emotional manipulation and/or oppression of others.

Assume nothing, especially about other human beings. Question everything, especially within your own faith and culture. Think for yourself and think critically. Take responsibility for your own emotions and be open to change, especially if something in your behavior harms others or infringes on the fundamental freedoms of others. But at the same time, have respect and understanding for yourself...
In recent years, the dark, unethical and problematic sides of Facebook have only become more and more apparent and it has now reached a point for me, where I do not want to be on Facebook's platforms anymore.
